Hi there, welcome to our community where we prioritize ourselves and the things that lead to a more fullfilled and purposeful life. This year we will focus on learning how to prioritize ourselves and get realigned with those desires we once had.

I am excited to be on this journey with you and hope to celebrate the little wins along the way. Prior to becoming more grounded in building women up for God's purpose, I worked as a Public Health practitioner, focusing on health promotion and education, and working with state and local institutions in adapting policies that will benefit the health of the public. I love to teach, and seeing women living below their potential, because of their health statuses, has placed a burden on my heart.
Health is Wealth because wealth is nothing without health. While working in the community for many years, I came across women who prioritized health due to one or both of the these reasons, they're triggered to act due to their weight or physical appearance, or due to a medical diagnosis. Very few women prioritize and act on their health just because they know it should be the way of life. I bet if you were told your cholesterol was high and could lead to your arteries being blocked you will immediately begin eating less oil and more oatmeal. The more dangerous of us are those who are in great shape physically, have not been diagnosed of any illnesses, and can burn off calories while they sleep. Those are the ones who may never get to the stage of prioritizing their health until it's too late.

I know you want to have clearer thinking, lose a few pounds, change some bad eating habits, just enjoy physical activity without being overwhelmed, and be more discipline to stick with your health plan. This year I will be sharing my plan with you and inviting you to join me on a low stress health journey.
Our goal this year is to adapt little healthy steps in our lives and stick with it, no big goals just enjoying changing some habits and journaling how it made you feel and the little changes you experience. As you work on your goals every month watch out for our health blog to learn about one thing you can change and enjoy the benefit. If you want to be a part of the small steps big change, make sure you're clicking on the emails when they come your way.
